Last year I had to buy a new car. We met Heather Samuelson when we were on the lot one night after they were closed. She came out and introduced herself. She spent an hour talking to us about the different vehicles we were interested in. She didn't make us feel pressured in anyway. We decided on a Nissan Frontier Pro-4X. At the time there wasn't one on the lot. She stayed in touch with us and one afternoon called and said they had just gotten one in. We went to look at it and that was it. It was perfect timing.
