I went to the dealership to get a new or newer car. I made two visits to the dealership with the second bringing my family to help me make the wise decision for me financially. Well, there was slight confusion with coming in for my second appointment as far as I was looking at a pre-used or a new vehicle we were able to get that ironed out. Miguel and the rest of the finance team works very hard to get me in a new car with a good warranty even though it's limited that is within my price range.

Cameron managed to sell me on getting spark plugs when I came for only an oil change. He reminded me we had previously discussed this on my last visit and I was 50 mi over the recommended time. I had honestly considered doing this myself or having an independent mechanic do the job for less expense. Cameron's quick follow up with a discount offer in the moment actually sold me on the additional work given I was already there, work could be done at the same appointment while waiting with no additional appointments or travel arrangements needed. Cameron is polite, reviews and presents recommendations, is pleasant, and not overly pushy--he is a good Nissan employee. I am paying more attention to expense these days given how much everything has increased in price. Saving matters!!!
