Really nice experience! Mo, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. He was friendly and helpful without being pushy! Mo went above and beyond by drying our car off after it got rained on while we were doing the paperwork! We really appreciated his making our fun of driving off in a new car so enjoyable. Daryl Posey, in the finance department was equally nice and knowledgeable! He called and got the payoff for the unused portion of the warranty on our trade in which helped us decide to purchase the extended warranty for our new car! His extra effort was greatly appreciated, too! We were given a tour of the service department and shown where to bring our new car for future service appointments. Looks like a very clean and organized department with friendly people working in there, too!

So I’m a gen z girl who notoriously hates anything to do with auto shops and car repair, because in the past I’ve dealt with a lot of rude technicians who would talk to me like I’m stupid, but this is the one and only car place where I’ve NEVER had a bad experience. I’ve had to get service there many times for lots of different issues, but they always get me taken care of as quickly and efficiently as possible. They make sure to explain everything before they do it and give me options so there are never any surprise charges, and they’re always so kind and patient with me (even when I’m a confused mess who doesn’t understand what they’re talking about lol). Never once have I felt condescended to or taken advantage of, all of the men I’ve interacted with here just give off a really safe energy in general (and believe me, that is a RARE statement coming from me). I’ve been coming here almost exclusively for like 3 years now and they’ve never let me down, so I 10/10 recommend! (Especially my guy Stephen, he deserves to make a million bucks an hour!! 😊)
